John
states that William (b.1846) and his brother George
emigrated to Boston in 1867, the year William married
Isabella Green and their first child was born. William
and George lived at the same address in Boston and were
carriage builders. He suspects that his grandparents
met because of the family business. His grandmother's
father owned the Boston Cab Company near to the Yeo
residence.

Many
thanks, John for this delightful photograph. It
was taken around 1910 and covers the family of
William Yeo (b. Prince Edward Island 1846 died
Boston 1931). In the photo William Yeo is
centered between his daughter-in-law, Florence
Pollard Yeo, (John's grandmother) and his son
John Henry Yeo, (his grandfather). The other three
adult women are his daughters. Standing at the
left ism his youngest daughter, Maude and her
husband Alvan Lovejoy. Seated next to them is
Elizabeth, the eldest daughter. The woman holding
a baby is his daughter Ida and she is holding
her youngest daughter, Isabel, named after her
grandmother Isabella Green Yeo. The two girls
with hair bows are Bella Smith (married name Corsa),
and Ethel Smith (married name Curtis). John's
father, William Henry Yeo (1901-1993) is standing
in front of his mother, Florence, whilst his brother,
Rensford Irving Yeo is at the extreme right
